Memorable vacation - Part 2
here it is, the rest of the story. We thought we had better go see a doctor in case it wasn't jus a mild food poisoning. my friend drove us to this hospital called Southern Hospital, once reached, we walked straight into the emergency section. Mel, Jolene and i were the first 3 people to arrive at the hospital while Daniel drove back to get the rest. We told the doctor that we were not the only few, there were 3 more people on the way, and he was alarmed. haha the people there kept asking where we ate and all, but as far as i know, no action was taken. The doc wanted us to be put on drip. Jo and I insisted that we were perfectly okie to escape the drip, hehe. No, we are no scaredy-cats, it was painful lah.... so after lying there for 3 or more hours, we were finally allowed to be discharged.daniel called his cousin to fetch us back to his house cos one car wasn't enough for all of us. there we looked like half-dead, his aunt even cooked porridge for all of us (really paiseh), then we bathe and hang around in the living room, soon after his parents n little 2-year old brother came back. Gosh his brother was sooooo adorable! Just so very cute....hehe...later he brought us to the portuguese settlement where we walked around, most of the houses there were over-decorated with lights and streamers. then it was time for us to board the bus at 10pm. thanked daniel and off we go.
so glad to be back here once again.....the malacca trip was overall 70%good and 30%jinxed..but i wouldn't deny we did had a pretty good time chatting at night and for discovering that my misconception towards a friend had changed. it's not really that bad. it's cool, it's funny and definitely unpredictable.
hey, you do not always have the opportunity to go through food poisoning with a bunch of crazy friends, right?
